Chanting & Offerings

The chanting of the Bhutanese Buddhist group in front of the spot where Buddha had attained enlightenment, it felt, had stopped the cosmos from moving. My mind also wanted to but it kept eyeing the offerings, an eclectic mix of bread, biscuits and snacks, a bit too heady for an Indian mind used to sweets and fruits.
